Shipping Policy
We ship out our orders as quickly as possible. If there is an influx of orders, please allow us 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and packaged. If you are needing something by a specific date, please send us an email at
Orders cannot be canceled or changed after being placed.
We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
If your package is lost in transit please email info@aurabycorinna.com so we can file a claim for the package. Once the investigation is complete and your package cannot be located we will reship your items. If they are not available we will refund you for your order. USPS mail must be in transit for 15 days before we claim for the missing packages.
***Please note we are not responsible for stolen packages. If the shipping carrier confirms delivery we are unable to issue a refund. If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package.***
We are not responsible for any delays caused by our mail carries and will not refund shipping charges if USPS or UPS does not meet their guaranteed shipping times. Please contact them directly if your items are not shipped on time.
