Return Policy

 

Returns will be eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return. 

Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost which will be deducted from your store credit.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGES.

Your items will not be accepted if 

  • It's been more than 14 days since you received your order
  • Item(s) was on clearance
  • Item(s) did not have tags attached
  • Item(s) was not in it's original condition (stain, smell, makeup or dog hair)

Return Instructions

Please send an email to info@aurabycorinna.com with the following information

  • Name
  • Order Number
  • The item you are returning
  • Reason for returning 

*Customers outside of the U.S. are responsible for paying to ship their return*

Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it. 

Once we receive your return, please allow 1-2 days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be sent to your email.  

Damaged Items

Please report any damaged items within 2 DAYS of your order date. Please email us at info@aurabycorinna.com and send photos of any damage. 

Things that do not qualify as damage

  • Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions
  • Lighting
  • Photography lenses
